A happy union has been created with the mating of this unhandled salt mill to our handled 'The Pepper Mill'.
And the essence of any mill is in the quality of its mechanism and more specifically the grind stones. One requires sufficient teeth to grind smoothly and gullets not too deep or wide that may induce choking.
'The Pepper Mill's mate: salt mill, as with all our spice mills, is fitted with a fine, smooth action, top adjusting ceramic mechanism, infinitely adjustable from fine to coarse. The red adjustment knob atop this mill is of high quality Bakelite.
Of course this mill may be used not only for salt but also pepper, dried herbs and spices.
N.B. Remember, as with all mills/grinders, one should always grind clockwise.
The mechanism carries a 25 year warranty.
