'The Pepper Mill'
This Tasmanian designed and manufactured pepper mill was designed with the professional cook/chef in mind as it uses the same wonderful hard-tempered steel mechanism as our coffee grinder. All fittings are of stainless steel assuring life long quality. Its large capacity (32 mm bore) and efficient grind lead the way in pepper mill design.

Instructions for ‘The Pepper Mill’

Step 1:

Adjust the mechanism to the grit desired as follows:
  • Relax the locking tab by turning anticlockwise (locking tab is located underneath mill)
  • Adjust the screw by turning the dome nut (and whilst keeping tab stationary): clockwise=fine; anticlockwise=coarse
  • Retighten the locking tab
Step 2:

In order to remove factory residues, grind approximately 1 tablespoon of rice and discard. Fill by lifting off handled cap. (tip: place thumb on spindle and fingers under handle).

Now you’re ready for your pepper corn.
