This fine, non-laminated, cutting / serving board has been made in the European tradition,spiced with an Australian flavour !
Each of these Ned's plats, cutting, serving, cheese boards, has been made from a single piece of specially selected quarter-sawn timber which helps reduce any cupping tendency. They may also be washed (although never soak ) without fear of de-lamination.
To butter the toast on, slice the onion, crush the garlic, place the cheese or whack the blowfly with.
