than on this exquisite solid wooden pizza board

Pat's pizza plat is made from just 2 quarter-sawn boards joined in the middle with a non-toxic, FDA approved, wood glue, and secured with stainless steel screws, assuring uncompromising quality.
The plat measures 300mm diameter with a 70mm wide foot and head, projecting 25 and 70mm respectively (That is an overall length of 395mm). Thumb hole is 32mm.
Available in Tasmanian timbers; Tasmanian blackwood and Tasmanian myrtle.
And of course this wooden pizza board may be used just like our Ned's plats:
To butter the toast on, slice the onion, crush the garlic, place the cheese or whack the blowfly with!
