Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I asked for my telephone number during the payment process?

This is a requirement from PayPal, our secure payment processor. Under the agreement Indeco has with PayPal, we will only use this phone number to communicate with you about your purchase and only if we cannot contact you by email. In most cases, no contact is necessary before we mail you your products.

Why does the link to your 'shopping basket' not work?

A number of links on our website open in a new window. These new windows might be blocked by software you have installed on your computer that blocks pop-up windows.
The following links open in a new window:
- All links to our 'shopping basket'
- Links to the currency converter ('convert' links)
- Links to the two little movies that show Patrick turning a ladle
- Links that make you leave the Indeco website.

Can I buy the same item but in different timbers?

Yes, select one of your preferred timbers from the drop down menu and click on the "Add to Basket" button. This will take you to the "Shopping Basket" window. Once you are there, select the "Continue Shopping" button. This will take you back to the products page and now you can choose the same product but in a different timber and add it to your purchase by clicking the "Add to Basket" button again.

Where is Tasmania?

Tasmania is an island State of Australia situated to the South-East of the mainland. Please visit the following link for more info about our wonderful island:
