Our philosophy is to put no applied finish on our Ned's plats and for hygiene reasons we prefer to wash the board after every use. However, if you wish to oil the board we suggest a good quality vegetable oil liberally applied, wait about 1 hour and wipe of excess. Repeat as often as desired.
