Four easy steps for brewing a perfect cup of coffee every time

Step 1: Unwrap your exquisite new Indeco Coffee Grinder.

Step 2: Purchase freshly roasted coffee beans (one to two weeks supply).

Step 3: Adjust the mechanism to the grit suited to your brewing method.

Brewing Methods:
• Plunger - coarse
• Flat Bottom Drip - medium
• Cone Shaped Filters - extra fine

Instructions to set the grit of your coffee beans:
• Slip off the stainless steel cup.
• Relax the Locking Lever, by turning anti-clockwise (locking lever is located at bottom of the mill body)
• Adjust the Screw by turning the dome nut:
   Clockwise = Fine
   Anti-clockwise = Coarse
• Retighten the Locking Lever
• Lift handled cap and fill with beans up to height of spindle guide.
• Turn clockwise to grind.

Step 4:
• Heat water until first bubbles appear.
• Pour over freshly ground beans (A thick froth should appear similar to a good beer-head).

ENJOY

note: Store beans in an airtight container in your refrigerator (not your freezer !)
